Based in Birmingham, Better Pathways is a mental health charity that supports people with poor mental health and learning difficulties and disabilities to move into employment.

We provide our participants with employment support, training, and internal and external volunteering opportunities, as well as deliver a bespoke vocational support programme through our three social enterprises.

Our mission is to help and support people with mental health challenges, learning difficulties and learning disabilities through broad-based vocational activities within our social enterprises so that they can build the confidence to begin their employment journey.
